How to Obtain CLIC Release and Get the Security Deposit Back?
This document describes the procedure to obtain CLIC release and get the security deposit back upon release.
CLIC Release for StudentsIf a student has a CLIC card, then that needs to be surrendered to CLIC before leaving the University. If the student neither has a CLIC card nor the ID card, then she/he needs to request the CLIC Administrator/Librarian upon the recommendation of the Head of the respective department for a CLIC release. If the student has only the ID card, then she/he may obtain a release by requesting for a release only to the CLIC Administrator/Librarian.
CLIC Release for Transfer or No-Show Admitted StudentsIf a student transfers to another university or an admitted student does not show up for attendance, then the release may be obtained through an application to the Registrar via the Head of the respective department.
CLIC Release for ResearchersEach researcher may obtain a release by directly applying to the CLIC Administrator/Librarian via her/his supervisor and the Head of the respective department.
Refund of CLIC Security DepositEach student can obtain the CLIC security deposit through an application along with the ID card to the CLIC Administrator/Librarian after the end of the Masters exam. If ID card is not available, then the student needs to apply via the Head of the respective department. Researchers may get back their security deposits through an application via the CLIC Administrator/Librarian to the Registrar of the University.
