About Department of Geography and Environmental Science

Founded in 2010, the Department of Geography and Environmental Science under the faculty of Life and Earth Sciences at Begum Rokeya University Rangpur is one of the leading centers of geographical and environmental study as well as research in the northern part of Bangladesh. Department of Geography and Environmental Science has the ambition to provide an outstanding education and research experience for every one of our BSc and MSc students and for the Department to be a key research node in national and global networks.
