Begum Rokeya University, Rangpur has played a significant role not only as a leader in higher education but also in nation-building since its establishment in 2008. Hence, during the recent July uprising of 2024, the university community played a critical role in shaping the national aspiration.

The July uprising has created a new set of expectations, opening a new window of opportunity for the university community to turn the nation's aspirations into reality. In this context, we must embrace the new challenges ahead.
